Are you currently having a software issue?
MedImage support utilizes remote desktop services to facilitate remote control of a customer's computer for installation, troubleshooting, configuration and training. If you are having a problem, click on the ‘Contact Support Here’ button above. Once you contact MedImage customer support directions on how to set up a remote control session will be provided. Customer support hours are: 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday. We are closed for major US holidays. If you desire training, we offer remote and on-site training options. Please write us at: support@medimage.com if you desire more details.

Software Updates
We have regular releases of the MedImage software. For users under a support agreement, they will receive these releases free of charge. If you are a current user under a support subscription, click on the link above to go to the update page. If you have not previously accessed a software update through the web site and do not have a log on, please write us at: support@medimage.com Include your email, phone number, site number and any other relevant information. If you do not have a support agreement but wish to find out more about them, write us at: support@medimage.com and we can provide details and pricing.

+ What products does MedImage offer?
MedView Display - This is the application that you will interface with when viewing images.
MedFiler & MedImport - Applications that mainly run in the background to handle the grouping of data sets into patient directories. Not always used, depends on the solution that is needed.
DICOMlink (Import/Export) - The application that handles the receiving and sending of DICOM image data.
Workflow Manager - Software that manages the amount of image data that will be kept on a server before deletion.
+ What third party applications can MedImage provide?
Corridor Cardiac Analysis - From INVIA Solutions, a SPECT and PET cardiac quantification software package
NeuroQ Analysis - From Syntermed an application that can perform quantitative analysis of SPECT and PET brain scans.
+ What type of licenses can MedImage provide?
Fixed - Sometimes called seat licensing. A license is needed for each computer that will be using the MedImage software.
Floating - Sometimes called concurrent user licensing. A single or pool of licenses are available for many computers, but only computers up to the number of licenses purchased can be running the MedImage software concurrently.

McKesson - A fully featured integration offering single seat, concurrent user licensing, remote use, prior exam selection and auto launch.
Philips iSite - A fully featured integration offering single seat, concurrent user licensing, remote use, prior exam selection.
Sectra - A fully featured integration offering single seat, concurrent user licensing, remote use, prior exam selection.
Intelerad - A fully featured integration offering single seat, concurrent user licensing, remote use, prior exam selection.
AGFA - A fully featured integration offering single seat, concurrent user licensing, remote use, prior exam selection.
Fuji - A fully featured integration offering single seat, concurrent user licensing, remote use, prior exam selection.
+ What OS's does DELTAmanager support?
- In general MedImage supports the DELTAmanager software on the latest and the two previous OS releases of Windows and macOS. MedImage asks that you reach out to us when there is a major OS release to ask about compatibility.
